✨ About the Readings

1. What exactly do I receive?
You’ll receive a personalized soul reading, created by hand, based on your energy and chosen theme. The reading is delivered digitally via email and includes intuitive reflections, symbolic insights, and energetic guidance. Each one is unique — no templates, no AI.

2. Is this a coaching session or a live call?
No. All readings are written and delivered digitally. There is no live video or voice component — this is a quiet, intuitive process you receive in your own space, in your own time.

3. How long is the reading?
Most readings are around 5 pages of intuitive insight (some may be longer depending on the depth of the theme). They're written with care, presence, and gentle clarity.

📸 Submitting Photos

4. What do you need from me?
Each reading requires:

  • ✋ Clear photos of both palms (flat, well-lit, fingers relaxed)

  • 👁 Clear, close-up photos of both irises (with natural light if possible)

  • 📅 Some themes also require your birth date, time, and place (for astrology & Human Design)

5. How do I take good photos?

  • Use natural daylight or a strong lamp

  • Take iris photos from directly in front — keep your gaze neutral

  • Place hands flat on a surface and take from directly above

You’ll receive detailed photo instructions after purchase.

6. How long will it take to receive my reading?
Standard delivery is within 3 business days after receiving your complete information.

7. Can I request a rush delivery?
Yes — for an additional $55, I offer 24-hour delivery (Monday to Friday only).

💸 Refunds & Cancellations

9. Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the custom, energetic nature of my work, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, refunds or exchanges are not possible.

10. Do you offer readings in other languages?
At this time, all readings are written in English only.

11. Do you read for people under 18?

Yes. Some clients choose to request a reading for their child (or teen), especially for energetic insight, emotional patterns, or family dynamics.

In these cases, the reading is written for the parent as the point of contact — and with the intention of supporting the child through the parent’s awareness and care.
