At Soul & Sight, every digital reading is created with deep care, intention, and energetic presence. Because each product is custom-made and delivered in a digital format, I kindly ask you to read the following policy before purchasing.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the intuitive and personalized nature of my offerings, all sales are final.
Once your reading has begun or been delivered, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

This applies to all:

  • Soul & Sight Readings

  • Bundles or multi-theme purchases

  • Signature or custom readings

Each reading is created uniquely for you — based on the energy of your photos, your theme, and your soul field.

This is not a mass-produced product; it’s a one-of-a-kind intuitive document that begins processing energetically as soon as your photos are received.

For this reason, and in alignment with consumer laws for digital goods, refunds are not available once a purchase is completed.
