The Essentials
Return period: 30 days from the date your order arrives.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in pristine condition.
Exclusions: For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used products, and complimentary gifts cannot be returned.
Return shipping: We provide a prepaid return label — returns are on us.
How to Return

Reach out. Email us at support@resolvcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your label. Our team will send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions.

Repack with care. Place your items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

Send it home. Drop your parcel at the nearest return point listed in your return instructions.
After We Receive Your Return
Our team will carefully inspect your items.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
