At RESOLV, our intention is simple: considered service, delivered swiftly.
You’ll receive updates as your order moves through processing and dispatch. When your parcel leaves our care, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

On rare occasions, an order may not proceed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including (but not limited to) cases of incomplete details, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues.
We may request additional verification (a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity or banking information) before accepting your order.

Price accuracy
We strive for precision, though errors can occur. If a pricing discrepancy is discovered, we’ll contact you for guidance or cancel the order and notify you. We may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even if confirmed and paid.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time, Sydney

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Proof of payment
